SWOT – helpful and mandatory tool

The socio-economic analysis of the operational programmes is to be complemented with a SWOT analysis stating the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats pertaining to the programme’s area of intervention and, particularly, regarding the thematic objectives (as stated in Art. 9 of the CPR) that will be supported by the programme.
